Bespoke LMS for health records training

Mwabu has partnered with BroadReach to develop a bespoke Learning Management System (LMS) to assist in the delivery of training for healthcare workers in the use of the national electronic health records system in Zambia.

The project began with the development of a bespoke LMS to assist in the delivery of training for healthcare workers in the use of the national electronic health records system, also known as SmartCare. 

The next phase, due to start in June 2020, will focus on development of eLearning materials to replace face-to-face training of healthcare workers on the use of SmartCare. Automated assessments that provide feedback on the healthcare workers ability to complete SmartCare interactions will also be included.
